About Me
Hey there!
I’m the filmmaker behind Micah’s Film and Photo.
I was born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota and graduated from College of the Ozarks with a B.A. in Video Production (Go Bobcats!). I fell in love with filmmaking back in high school, and I’ve been creating and telling stories through video ever since!
I’m inspired by the things I love most; people, meaningful stories, and genuine connection. Music is a big part of my life; I play bass and guitar and love exploring every genre. I’m happiest outdoors, whether that’s camping, hiking, or somewhere new to explore. Above all, my faith is central to who I am, and I aim to reflect Christ’s love in the way I serve every couple and tell every story.
I specialize in wedding videography because I believe weddings are more than events, they’re stories made up of moments you’ll never experience the same way again. Your people, your history, your emotions… all of it deserves to be captured with honesty and intention.
My goal is simple: You stay present. I’ll handle the details. I want you to relive your day with the same emotion you felt in the moment, without ever feeling like the camera is pulling you away from what matters.
Our wedding day was perfect and Micah captured it beautifully for us to relive the day together! He was great to work with and kept the filming so fun and light hearted!
